The special exhibition <\/span>VIDSYN \u2013 New Funen Art<\/em> has been created in collaboration with 23 young artists with ties to Funen. What the artists share is a common engagement with the theme of nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Studio’s<\/span><\/h2>\n

The studio building was constructed in 1916\u201317. Today, it is known as \u201cThe Workshop\u201d and opens onto the idyllic winter garden.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Syberg\u2019s Garden, you can see Fritz Syberg\u2019s old studio, which originally belonged to his home, Pileg\u00e5rden, before the farm burned down. A few trees from Pileg\u00e5rden\u2019s garden have also been preserved.<\/span><\/div>\n

The Swan Mill is a beloved artistic motif and an icon of Alhed and Johannes Larsen\u2019s artist home on M\u00f8llebakken. Today, the Swan Mill is part of the Johannes Larsen Museum and serves as a beautiful landmark for both the museum and the town of Kerteminde.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

At the harbour in Kerteminde, you can see the famous ship Rylen<\/em>, which Johannes Larsen sailed on expeditions to the Danish islands in the 1920s. During the summer season, the ship may be away on new voyages.<\/span>
